Posted by Tyler Harney on

I came up to a problem where I designed a product but had no way to mail it out. Either my current shipping boxes were too big or just too heavy, I decided to design my own dedicated shipping box and cut it out on my laser cutter.Laser Cutter: 50w ChineseFocal Lens: 38.1mmCutting Speed: 200mm/sCutting Power: 35%Stock Thickness: 1/8" double corrugated wallThe custom shipping box was designed in Adobe Illustrator and exported as a DXF to LaserWork. You can get stock cardboard sheets from Mcmaster.com
