What can I order here?

Plain rectangles in 1/8 in acrylic (clear, white, red, blue, orange, pink, gloss black, matte black, silver mirror, gold mirror), 1/4 in acrylic (clear, gloss black, matte black), and 1/8 in or 1/4 in raw Baltic birch plywood.

How big can a piece be?

Acrylic up to 48 x 96 in, a full sheet. Baltic birch up to 48 x 60 in. The smallest piece is 1 x 1 in.

How is the price worked out?

Two parts: the material, charged per 10 square inches, and the CO2 laser cutting, charged per inch of edge around each piece. There is no setup fee and no order minimum. Your cart shows those two lines with the size and piece count listed under each.

How accurate is the cut?

Pieces are cut on a CO2 laser to within about 1/64 inch. The laser leaves a clean, flame polished edge on acrylic and a light brown edge on birch.

How does pickup work?

Pickup is in Plainfield, IL, by appointment only. After you order, I email you when your pieces are ready so we can set a time. Shipping is not offered on cut to size orders yet.

Can I order two different materials?

Yes. Add the first material to your cart, come back to this page, pick the next material, and add those sizes too. Everything checks out together.

Do you engrave or paint?

No. Cut to size pieces are cut only. Birch comes raw and unfinished, and acrylic keeps its masking.

What if my piece is bigger than a sheet or not a rectangle?
