- Convert text to outlines. Plain text is ignored.
- Smallest hole or slot: 3/16" in steel up to 10 ga, 1/4" in 3/16" steel, 2 mm (0.079") in acrylic and wood, 1/8" in 3/8" acrylic, 1/8" in 1/2" pink foam, 1/4" in 1" pink foam and 3/4" white foam, 1/2" in 1-1/2" and 2" white foam.
- Largest part: steel 23.5" x 47.5", acrylic and foam 48" x 96", Baltic birch 48" x 60".

Questions
What steel can you plasma cut?
Hot rolled A36 steel in 16, 14, 12 and 10 gauge, plus 3/16" plate, up to 23.5" x 47.5" per part. Holes and slots down to 3/16" (4.8 mm) through 10 gauge, so 5 mm SKADIS pegboard slots work in 14 gauge. In 3/16" plate the smallest hole is 1/4".
Do you laser cut acrylic, wood and foam too?
Yes. The same tool quotes CO2 laser cut acrylic up to a full 4 x 8 sheet and Baltic birch plywood up to 48" x 60", plus pink foam board in 1/2" and 1" and white foam board in 3/4", 1-1/2" and 2". Foam orders include the full sheet, bought fresh for your job. Pick the material in step 2, or start on the CO2 laser cut parts page.
Can I pick up my parts in Plainfield?
Yes. Pickup at our Plainfield, IL shop is free, by appointment. We'll set a time when we email your invoice. Shipping is also available.

The minimum order is $25, including a $10 setup charge. Quantity discounts start at 10 pieces.
Do you engrave, bend or powder coat?
Not right now. We cut flat parts only: plasma cut steel, and CO2 laser cut acrylic, Baltic birch and foam board.
