Full-sheet capability (4’ × 8’ bed)
We run a full-size 4’ × 8’ CO2 laser bed, so we can cut full sheets and oversized projects that many shops can’t—often without tiling or splitting your design. We regularly support event and production companies throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Baltic birch plywood: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2"
Cast acrylic: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8"
Foams: EPS, XPS, EPP, and EVA up to 1-1/2"
Cleaner wood cutouts (optional): If needed, we can apply masking to both sides (front and back) before cutting to reduce smoke residue or char marks. Masking stays on each piece during shipping and peels off easily before your project is assembled.
Types of files
For cutting projects, we prefer SVG or AI vector files. Vector files scale cleanly without quality loss and produce the best cuts. If your idea is hand-drawn or in another format, send it anyway—most of the time we can still make it work.
