We have two custom built production ready 100w CO2 laser cutters.

With its high-power of 100 Watts, we can cut through thick materials like 3/4″ wood and acrylic. And, we can still dial it down to effectively cut paper and cardboard. Our lasers have an area of 24"x48" working area.

Materials

We carry a variety of Baltic birch thicknesses. 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2"

We carry cast acrylic in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4". 

Our hardwood is sourced locally and can get; Maple, Walnut, Hickory, Oak, Sapele, and others.

Regarding wood cutouts, if needed, we can mask both sides front and back before cutting so you don't have to worry about cleaning or sanding any smoke residue or char marks. Masking material is left on each piece when shipped and is easily removed before incorporating the cutout into your project.

Types of files

For cutting projects, we prefer you send over either an .SVG or .AI file. These are vector files and can be scaled without degradation. But, whether your idea is hand drawn or digitally drawn, we will be able to cut it.
