Ship the item back in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
For accepted returns, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by us.
